Ensogo aka deal.com

 

The worst of your day make it happen when u have to deal with a customer service personnel who does not fit to be one, and yes, we all agree that human are unreasonable and its not easy to please with, they used words that sound rude. But sometime, we need to understand the part on why it pissed them off? If its just for nothing, than its time for the customer service personnel to curse and swear the customer, but what if the customer is being pissed by the customer service personnel?

When we apply for a job, we have to know the hard task behind every job we applied. Customer service is the most difficult task. But if we are not the kind of person who can hang on with it, I would suggest a job without dealing with them.

Today I am the customer and I call the really sucks customer service from Ensogo today.

I had purchase an item that cost over hundreds over dollar, somewhere in 12 November 2015 and it indicated that the item will be deliver by ensogo. The delivery date is between 13 Nov to 03 Dec. How wonderful. When the dates get near, I received no call, email or whatsoever and I feel not right. I tried calling ensogo hotline +65 6299 3011  again and again for almost half a day and no one pick up. after 20 over times of trying attempt, I decide to give up and email them instead. Guess what... they reply and said there is a delay in shipment, the new shipment is  05 Dec to 09 Dec 2015. I was like... Okay... and wonder if I dont email them, will they even inform.

Its 10 Dec 2015 and I have yet received the item as they mentioned. And when I login into my purchase voucher, it indicated "REDEEMED" with an "ED" I was like WHAT??? and this time round, I would need to call them and make this stupid enquiry.


Out of my horror... this girl who answer my call sound irritated and frustrated.. I was like HELLO.... what kind of attitude was that? I cool myself down, giving her excuses like she may have handle a numbers of calls and she is a human after all... but when I ask her, why was there no email informing the customer of another delay, she start to fire me and snatch my part of saying... fine... I let her talk and she didnt want to... WTH.... and so I am asking.. Since ensogo get the money and indicated that the delivery was from them, why didnt they make the responsibility of making sure the shipment is carry out and keep their customer informed earlier of the shipment delay? Why make the customer check on the shipping company on our own and so what? Ensogo just happily sell the item and thats it, nothing to do with me. If Ensogo would have indicated "merchant delivery" I will be more than happy to find the merchant instead of them isnt it?


This Ensogo is good for nothing... When they used their old name "deal.com.sg" their reputation was horrible. And by changing the name, I thought they have change their management. But still, their service has turn from bad to worst... I guess, this will be my last time dealing with them. They should just close down their business if they dont need one.

People and friends out there who wish to deal with them... you will have to deal with your own risk...
